Default esc + motor temps

I was looking and couldn't find an answer. I have a new BR-XL esc and crawlmaster 11turn brushed motor. I was wondering what the "safe" temps for both would be? I am tryng to get them dialed in and do alot of tapped out hill climbing, esc has seen 130-145ish and motor mid 140's as I temp my stuff often during runs.

160f is a good max. 180f is starting to get into the danger zone. 220f is when the ESC will start to shut down.

VERY good job temping your components frequently, that is the only way to know how it is running!

I have always used 180* as my safe mark.
