lights?

hey all. need some help here if anyone can give some. i have a cc01 jeep wrangler and would like to put lights in using traxxas 4 channel 2.4ghz contoller. I was wondering if i could use the one channel to turn the lights on and off from the controller. could i just plug the power supply cable from the light contol unit into the appropriate channel in receiver and flip them on and off like a toggle switch? any help would be greatly appreciated.

To turn your lights on and off remotely, you need a circuit that will switch the power on and off based on what the servo signal is doing.
