Trikster | 08-03-2006 12:31 PM | Reverse Polarity on Integy 55t I have been running my TLT with the usual Pede tranny and 55t for a little while and am getting tired of the torque twist that I am getting. It isn't really that bad, but I am shooting for a scale ride and the torque is enough to make things look really poor. I have heard that running the motor toward the rear of the crawler will all but eliminate this and I am wondering if the 55t is neutrally timed so I can reverse its polarity. Anyone know if this is possible? I have reversed motors in the past and usually don't get much in the way "good running." Usually my amp draw goes up (shorter run-times) and glitching increases. I also have had brushes wear a lot faster this way...
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks. |
