Is your charger LiPO capable?
Why not either change the plug, or make an adaptor??
No need to buy another charger.

Most of my 3S LiPO packs use Anserson PowerPoles/Sermos connectors, I have a cable for that.
Our MRC 1.9 2S LiPO packs use Deans, I have a different cable for them.

Alright man, So here is the dilemma, Losi offers this charger. The one with the red plug.

Its a 2c lipo wall charger, Now my current traxxas battery is the more common 3 wire plug. As far as i know they didnt offer another cheap wall charger that could do those 3 wire plugs. Everything i read also said you can't adapt a three wire lipo down to a 2 wire.

I did happen to find a traxxas charger that does both for right around $25. Its the traxxas 2935

OK, 1st thing is 1st,

The white "3 prong plug" is a JST balance plug. Not really a charge plug.

Second, a "wall wart" charger is almost the LAST type of charger to use for ANY RC battery. You really a "charge peak detect" charger. They are faster and will be easier on your batteries.

Hope this helps you out.

Ask questions as needed.

PS, I use a few Venom ProChargers for all my NiCD/NiMH & LiPO batteries. It costs a little more, but comes with everything I need to use a wall plug or my truck battery as well as multiple pack adaptors.

Oh ok! Thank you, Im still trying to learn how these lipo deals work haha. Can you charge through the balance plug?

I know i really should get a better charger but its not feasible at the moment. I will look into a better charger once my scx10 is ready for a battery too.

Thanks again for all of your help!
