| turnigy waterproof servos
I found a turnigy waterproof servo on eBay for $36.00 NIB and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this brand! Are they worth the money or should I just spend the extra $$ and get the hitec servo?

I don't know if this will help you much, but I ran a Turnigy 390 mini servo in a 1/16 Slash and it was a good performer. No issues with it at all. Not sure if that same quality / performance / reliability extends across to the bigger servos or not.

They are the house brand for HobbyKing and depending on the product their stuff can be good or bad. The specs look decent for the price.

Idk if you guys got your servo yet but i ran one of these liked it alot but started on fire after a couple runs so just keep an eye out. When it was working it performed great so hopefully mine was a fluke. Id buy another one if i wasnt so worried about it burning up again.
