| SCX10 Stock ESC
I have been trying to find out if the stock scx10 esc is waterproof and cant find the answer, can some one please help me?

I am assuming you are referring to the ae-2 or ae-1. Neither one is waterproof. They can easily be waterproofed by putting them inside a balloon.

It'll be waterproof after you pull apart it's case and pack it full of clear dielectric grease! Kinda a messy process, but 100% waterproof once done. It works for many, but I've had terrible luck with balloons. |

Try plasti dip it's awesome just dip and done 100 % waterproof

You can find it at lowes home depot ace hardware and some car places and it's around 12 bucks for a ton of it

Plasti dip is great but make sure to let it dry long enough before you put the esc back together because it will shrink a bit and you can end up with holes in it, so I always check it over really good so if your missing any spots you fill them in
