I been doing research on this also and heard great reviews. I use marine grease and plastic dip, but I want to incorporate this product too.

A fresh re-dip wouldn't hurt, maybe after a few mud/water runs.

the plastic dip messed up to ae 2 escs on me.. Worked fine before. Now both busted.. Corrosion X my esc, servo and receiver set in for a good while. Forgot it was sitting in their. Truck has been in a foot of water. No problems at all.. I use Marine grease on the differentials in transmission.. Works good.. I'm thinking really all you need is corrosion X..

Which 1 should I buy?
Corrosion X
or
Corrosion X Heavy Duty

Is this all that I need for a sensored set up in my Wraith?
How often should I reapply Corrosion X?

After applying, how much dirt does this stuff attract? We have a bit of water, but tons of sand, dirt, etc. Does it leave a sticky film?

I used it inside my servo and wiped the excess of the outside. I de-cased my RX, applied the Corrosion X and then installed it in a balloon for extra protection. Same for my ESC.

Kind of hard for me to say of it attracts any more dirt than normal with my set up.

Yeah, I was hoping to get away from the balloons since we dont have a ton of water and they arent helping heat issues here in the summer. But I dont want everything caked with dust eating bearings and such in the motor either.

They also have 1 just for electronics.

Anybody spray their sensored motor?
Do I need to take the motor apart to coat the inside?
Sensor port and wire, any problems with this area?

I don't want to lose my motor and esc due to playing in the water.
I plan on using a sensored motor or putting 1 of my castle 3800 4pole motors in 1 of my wraith's.

Or should I put in my BRXL WP and my 7t puller.

If you can't find Corrosion X and have a West Marine close by, you can also use Corrosion Block.

I've plasti dipped a MMM before. I saw a post where somebody used epoxy to coat a decased esc.

I just want the best for sealing and durability for a sensored system to be used in water from time to time with my wraith.

I don't want to keep buying motors ya know. I don't mind reapplying the spray.
Corrosion X I was looking on their website to purchase.

bob I like your signature

Yes, not all small branches, but most large ones do and they will transfer it in.

I have first hand witnessed CorrosionX applied MMP and Pro4 motors being hammered on underwater with no ill effects.
