Default timing adjustment?

Is the timing adjustable on the Tekin t series motors! I just put two on an XR10 and the front wheels spin faster than the back wheels in forward and the back wheels spin faster in reverse! The set up us two micro sidewinders, bec and a 4pl radio. I have already set up the dual esc setting on the radio so that is good! Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Should be, loosen (not remove) the two screws on the back of the endbell and rotate it. Spin in the direction of rotation for advancing, you are looking for 4-8* advanced on both motors.

Mine did the same thing when I put in some spare esc's. I just recalibrated the esc's to the receiver and it fixed the problem. It actually took me a while to get this one figured out.

Ummm....I think you have the direction incorrect.
Spin the endbell AGAINST the "normal motor rotation" to advance the timing.

I agree with Grimreeper.....try calibrating the 2 ESC's 1st if it worked OK before.
Make sure both ESC's have the same version firmware in them.
I like to make a profile for a ESC, save it, then load into the 2nd ESC.

Not exactly sure what I did to fix my problem but everything is working normally now! Possibly when I re calibrated the rear esc and the changed a few settings in the radio! Now I just need to figure out how I am going to stuff everything in there so it doesn't look like a rats nest LOL.

NP, I had to stop & think before I hit "submit".

Maybe all those years working on automotive ignition distributors helped.

I was not referring to CW or CCW rotation, more of the, "remove the distributor cap, crank engine, see which way the rotor rotates, determine which way to twist housing to advance or retard ignition timing".
