Default Replacement Futaba Receiver Antenna

In short, where can I buy a new antenna for my RF2104GF (Futaba 4pl) receiver? I found a few online, all out of stock.

Long version:
Here's the deal, I made a mistake and clamped my rx antenna in the hobby box and now it has broken off at about an inch long. It still works great, no glitching or significant loss of range (at least not for a scaler) however the one issue is now when I drive into any water over the roof I lose signal no matter how close I bring the controller. Of course it works the moment I take it out of the water, but I often have to rescue it. I've had to take off my socks and shoes more than once to go in after it

Example of said issue, water went from axle deep to swallow you whole deep very quick. Lost contact and was basically dead in the water (haha) until I hand of god it. Luckily it was close to the edge that time

While it is most realistic, I would rather be able to blast through the water no matter the depth, even over the roof like I could before the antenna broke!

So, can anyone help me, where can I buy a replacement? I've looked online, locally and tried to contact Futaba directly (with no response).

Thanks in advance

I would PM Harley (on this forum), he may have an answer.

Since I don't do water, I don't care about the extra reception you are looking for.

If you can find the actual part number, Ebay is where I would look. That is the only place I found one for my 4pk rx.

Yes it just clips right onto the board.

All Futaba 2.4ghz receiver antennas are the same except they make them in a couple of different lengths. 150mm and 210mm.

I can give you part numbers for here in Australia but they are different to the US.

You can also use the antenna from a Spektrum SR3100 receiver.

The antennas are coaxial so if you have another receiver you can measure the inner core of the antenna, strip back the outer core of your shorter antenna to the same length (if you have enough room to trim it) and that will fix the problem also.

Ram, I see you are in VA. Not sure if you already know but there is a nice scaler club around Winchester. It's on va-scaler.com. They have comps and events that are a lot of fun. Just thought I'd let you know.

Yea hibbs I am aware of the club. I've been out with a few of the guys before. I am also a member on Va-scaler.com too, I just don't post there too often because everything this site has everything that one does plus more

Local hobby store sold me this. Said to cut it to length and solder it on, seem right? I was hoping for more of a direct replacement clip on antenna like the 4pl comes with

That is for an old receiver not the new Spectrum or Futaba 2.4ghz radios.

+1, that's for an AM or FM RX, all it is is an insulated wire. The 2.4ghz RX antenna is a much shorter piece of coax (wire in a wire, like for cable TV).
