Go buy a Savox 1268sg. Sure it's noisy, but all metal gears and over 330 oz (on 7.4v). Retails for $93 on SavoxUSA.com. Also has silicone seals.
My 2cents. It should be the last servo you buy.

Savox 2230 - 6v 480oz/in 7.4v 583oz/in

"Drop's mic and walks off stage"

You can never have too much power, I like to set my minimum at 500 oz/in

I have a Holmes TrailMaster BLS 400 and really like it. I would buy more if I could find them. Until then I'll be purchasing a couple more of the Hitec 7950TH to replace older damaged servos in 2 of my rigs.

I've ran a bunch of different brand servos. Savox, Hitec, Turnigy, Traxxas,, Solar and offbrand Junkers.

Savox 1230 and 1231 have done me well
Turnigy 959 V2 has done me well
Hitec 7954 and 7950 have done me well and I use only hitec in my racers.
Traxxas 2075 is fine for little puddle jumpers and many boats.
Solar D772 and D771 are junk, only good to make winches out of IMO. As a winch they are awesome.
Offbrand I use for stupid things and testing channels and maybe a winch.

The Hitec 645 and 5645 aren't suitable for crawlers IMO, I've killed quite a few sets of gears in them.

I'm hoping to pick up a couple of the HH BLS400's when he gets them back in stock, they appear to be the best $90 servo on the market for any kind of crawler or scaler.

Looking for a upgraded servo for a rgt rock cruiser. My current servo is straining to turn the bigger tires I added. Looking to not break the bank. Wondering if maybe the stock redcat gen 7/8 hexfly HX-15s could be suitable or if I should go more expensive. The wheels and tires at stock redcat Gen 7.

People are generally happy with these DS3218 servos and they run less than $20 from Amazon.

I actually am using that servo and I find it not powerful enough. I had already previously broken the stock servo.

Yeah, it should be much better than the Redcat Hexfly, which is half the torque specs of the DS3218!
