Traxxas TQi Radio Issue
 

I just recently got the Traxxas TQi radio and receiver, the radio HAS BEEN modified to work with an RC4wd Bulldog winch, that all works fine. The problem I'm having is the radio will NOT go into menu mode to setup end points.. I had it at a local hobby shop, we tried to program the throttle end points because my ESC was humming, when it finally got into setup it came unbound from the receiver, we tried to rebind it, and when it finally rebound I lost channels 1 and 2. 3 and 4 work just fine, we tried a different servo and its dead on channels 1 and 2, does anyone else have this problem and found a solution? What we were thinking was that since the 3 position switch on top was modified it made the menu work backwards or something.
