Default Ae-2 ???

I know the LVC is factory set but is it possible to accidentally shut it off? When I first started using this rig it would "buck" when the battery was getting ready to puke. As of late I dont notice this "bucking" and the battery will drain completely. Ive got 3 new 2S batteries that I want to use but not if the LVC isnt working. Is there a way to "reset" to the on position or at least test to see if its on?

You can try and test it by hooking up a battery that is below 6V. If LVC is on the ESC shouldn't arm.

It's also possible that the battery you're using can't handle the amp draw and the LVC is kicking in under high load situations. For instance if you're running a 2s4000 20c the battery 'should' handle 80 amps continuous, but that's not always the case. Lately I've been buying 30-40c lipos just for a measure of safety. I also don't run my lipos down past 3.7v per cell. You can either program the ESC to a higher LVC level, get a battery checker like this one (run your truck for 10 minutes on a fully charged battery, check the levels and see what the cell voltage is at), or get a low voltage alarm like this one and use that. What are you running?
