| Help!!!!
Hey guys i just purchased a comp crawler roller today, i purchased a 18.5 turn novak brushless sensored motor for it. I was gunna use a castle esc with it but the one i have is not sensored!! So my question is what is the best/cheapest (like $100) brushless sensored esc? It has to be lipo campatable

Mamba max pro would be your best bet. It will run sensored, sensorless, and brushed. Plus you can run up to a 6 cell lipo.

i have a mamba max pro and it doesent have a sensor? is mine just an older version? or is there different ones? all i have on it is the three wires that run to the motor and a switch for on off, and the ones that run to the reciever.

The old mamba max isn't sensored. The new ones are the mamba max pro. The differences between the normal one and the one cell version are the one cell can run on down to a 1s lipo but still can run up to 6s lipo like the normal one and the one cell doesn't have a fan or internal bec so an external bec is required no matter what servo you run Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

I love my CC Mamba Max 1 Cell. Perfect for the high voltage brushless in my wraith and you can program Boost into it which is helpful with Losi worm geared axles.

Another MMP one cell user. No fan and no internal BEC, neither are needed. The internal MMP BEC is one of the weakest out. The only other option I would recommend is Tekins RS, which has a nice size advantage, downside is price. Novhack has to many quirks. Must use thier "crawler" motors, PITA to program, needs reset often, hard to waterproof, drag brake function sucks, voltage limited, blah blah blah Only other real option is brushless hobbies, last I knew guys were still having issues getting instant reverse from those. |
