Spektrum DX3C Questions

I have a wraith and want to add lights, winch, and dig. I only have a 3 (with bind port) channel receiver. Can I run lights and winch off 1 receiver plug? What options do i have? Is there a another receiver avalable that will work with dx3c? Thanks again.

That transmitter has three channels. You have to decide how you want to run with CH3. Because you want both dig and a winch you have to choose one or the other or put a toggle switch on your rig to send the CH3 signal to either your dig controller or winch controller.

As for lighting, you can just plug it into the bind port or run a Y cable from any of the outputs of the receiver.

Spektrum makes a few receivers that are compatible with your transmitter, but in the end, you will still only have a three channel transmitter.

That is what I was thinking. I was hoping I could just y for the lights. How does the toggle switch work? Do you have any links? Thanks.

The input of the switch connects to your receiver and the outputs go to the two items you want to control (one at a time!).


How does the toggle switch work? Flip it one way and CH3 runs the winch. Flip it the other way and it runs your dig.
