Default Futaba T2PH and Outcry problems

Hey all I just bought a new outcry esc because I smoked the one that came with my AX10 when I bought it. I have been running it with a new 35T motor and my old T2PH. It did not seem to have the speed it should have with the 35 T so I adjusted the trim for the throttle up to full forward bias. The rig runs quite a bit faster this way, but still does not seem like it is full speed and naturally, creeps forward when throttle is nuetral. The speed control has no calibrations as far as I can tell. My radio does not have any way to increase the throttle range either. It just acts like the radio is not telling the speed contol it wants full throttle for some reason. Any suggestions would be awesome.
