It's probably a decent servo. I believe most of those are Hitec servos that are repackaged in tower pro cases. They are usually older tech that hitec has moved on from. Should be worth your while.

I bought 2 of them last year for my mrc build. They were complete junk. One only lasted 2 packs through it @6v. If you want a good cheap servo check out the last servo in the solar servo lineup on hobbypartz.com. I swapped to that on my mrc and am running another on my 2.2pro build. For $20 and doing 417oz tq @7.4v its awesome. Haven't ran it that high untill this 2.2 build but worked great @6v on the mrc

I agree the 995 are junk. Bought 2 and both jittered horribly and wouldn't center properly. The 946r is a much better servo for cheap, but remember you get what you pay for. Solar does seem to have a good line up though |
