Need programming help....I think?

I bought a used berg with a Futaba 4pl radio online, This is my first experience with duel motors and duel escs. I have been able to adjust most everything to my satisfaction. The one area I am having trouble with is my front axle will not pull in reverse....sometimes. The digital graph on the radio shows the front axle should be pulling and the leds light up normally on the Tekin FX-R for the front axle. When I recieved the crawler, it had Matrix 55 turn motors installed. It also came with new HH 45 turn Torque Master motors. I swapped the motors and didn't see a diference. I have noticed a pattern, If I go from foward to reverse quickly the front axle won't spin. If I come to a complete stop then reverse the front will spin...sometimes. I am guessing this is a setting in the esc but I have had no luck finding it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thats an esc setting

press mode 5 times (so led 5 is on) then press incr until led 1 and 2 are both on ... then wait for afew seconds for it to save settings and exit the menu (should make some beeps)
