Default Br-xl noise???

I have 2 Hitec 7940s for steering and a castle BEC wired in separately running off a toggle switch. Everything is quiet till I turn on the BEC to the servos, than I start getting a low crackle sound coming from the esc. Its like its back feeding the esc when its not even hook up to it. I'm at 50% drag, 50% hold if that matters.... Anyone know what the noise is from? Is it ok or a bad thing.

I only have the signal wires coming from the Rx to the servos, + - are not hooked up, + - are coming from the Battery to the bec and out to the servos.

Not sure if this will help you any, I recall reading somewhere that some people were having issues with noise when the negative wire wasn't ran to the RX from the BEC or servo. I don't remember if it was RX brand specific or not. Heck, I might be WAY off base, just throwing that out there. Hope someone else is able to chime in.

Ask John. There's a BRXL tech thread that he responds to questions on. Or PM him.
