Confused, but that isn't hard

I am running a split 8 cell elite 1500 pack on my AX10. I have a Piranha digital charger and am charging at 1500mah, 1.5A, 16mV/C. Does that sound about right? I used to get good run times, but lately it seems like I charge, it runs good for 20 seconds and then is super sluggish. Help.....

I thought those were 1.2V/cell? Shouldn't you be charging them at a total of 9.6V? IIRC, NiMH charging doesn't care how many cells you have, only what the total V is...

CAUTION, NICD AND NIMH ONLY. NEVER DISCHARGE LIPO BATTERIES COMPLETELY.

You can try discharging it completely and giving it a good solid charge, either buy or build a discharge tray. I'm no expert though, search google for discharging options and suggestions.
