Default Goat 3s solved

Have solved my goat 3s glitching/cutting out problem..
Just wound the wire from the bec to the reciever through a ferris ring & plugged in as normal.
this has fixed both me & my son's Goat 3s esc's . Running them on 2s & 3s
5000mah .
Have been testing them for 2 days over 3hrs of run time each without a single problem.
Before I did this we had glitching/cutting out every battery pack.
Trying to attach some pics of what a ferris ring looks like, should be up soon.
Hope this helps anyone with same problems..

I believe you mean a "Ferrite" ring.

Now, tell us a bit more about it since there are different types & shapes and just "any old ferrite" may not get the same results.

Yes, ferrites can clamp down unwanted noise in a signal wire, but I would try to do it without a ferrite.

Glad it helped out though.

Yep, Wasn,t sure if they were called a ferris or ferite ring.
Thankyou ,Now I no for sure..
I have tried to attach a pic but I need to join up first.
It's a ferrite ring off an Align 500 helli esc.
Ring is 1/2 inch diametre & 3/16 width.
Green in colour looks like a plastic coating over the metal.

-I,m using a spectrum dx3c.
-3s 5000mah & 2s 5000mah 40-50c batteries.
-Novak Goat3s 18.5 ballistic motor.
-Proline chisel tyers.
