Default Thunder power TP-610C charger/balancer/discharge "HELP"

Instructions are horriable! I have researched and searched GOOGLE & BING and even on here. I am still lost.
Trying to charge and balance Gen Ace 2S1P 5000mAh 7.4V 40C

Lipo discharge option cut off -.--V?

LP/LF internal charge time out --MIN?

Balancer mode...internal or external?

input power option LVC --.--V?

system timeout max time hours?

lipo charge [M#] 2s pack C=-.--A?

lipo discharge 2s pack D=-.--A?

These displays are not clarified in the manual.

What are my options? My Gen Ace will not connect to the thunder power balancer connector.

You can try a couple of things.

-Change the balance plug on the battery pack
-Get an adapter cable that will plug between your pack & the balance port
-Get an alternate balance port that plugs into your charger

I don't know your skill level or how good/poor your LHS is.

Some of my first LiPO packs didn't connect to my Venom ProCharger balance board, so I bought the correct balance plugs at my LHS and converted them over.
Since then, I tend to order packs from www.CheapBatteryPacks.com with the correct balance plugs already installed.

lo/lf initial time out. Not "internal time out." I understand that to mean that when you hook up a battery that is over discharged the current rate is automatically reduced and raised slowly until the battery is at a safe level to resume normal charge rate. The screen will display the current rate and rise every couple of seconds as this takes place. You can adjust the time it takes for this step. Mine is set for 10 minutes.
If I remember right, (sometimes I don't), the balance mode came on when I forgot to connect the balance lead before charging. If the internal balancer (the built in one on the charger) is not hooked up the charger will look for what you have hooked up to the data port. As long as you have it hooked up you can just bypass this step.
The input power option is for not over discharging your power source battery. Set to 11v.
System time out is maximum run time for the charger. Can be set for 2 thru 10 hour.
This is how I understand mine. Hope like hell somebody corrects me if I am wrong. Haven't blown anything up, yet.
Also have never had a battery that would not connect to the optional balance board that is provided.
Hope this helps.

Charlie thanks again. I will look into a adapter cable.
