| Motor overheats.
My buddy got a rtr wraith and is using a 20c 200mah 2s lipo and his motor overheats and will burn you if you touch it, what would cause this to happen?

The stock gearing is much too high for a brushed motor. Get a 16t pinion. If he wants his wheelspeed back, bump up to 3s lipo. Volt up, Gear down! |

Well we were thinking about putting in a 35t motor to make it more of a crawler, would this work?

Choosing a motor and ESC for your Wraith - Gearing Added! I am running a HH Torque Master Expert 35T , 87/14 gearing with a 3c Lipo. Works great for crawling. However, it isn't very fast on the trails. | |
