| Novak rooster problem
I've got a novak rooster esc and an old Jr racing tx/rx it was working fine in an old rig and now it is not working at all. I plug everything in and calibrate it and everything is a lot slower to respond when calibrating and when it finally takes nothing happens, I just get a solid red light on the esc. I've tried 2 different rx's and same thing with both. Any ideas? The esc never got hot or blew any smoke. |

Sometimes a Rooster can be very frustrating. I have had to recalibrate 2-3 times in a row , carefully following all the steps to get it right. My current Rooster esc did this a while back. Every time I turned it on it needed recalibrated. Its been fine now for months tho. Good luck.

Try setting Travel Adjust to 125%. I use to have the same problem with this radio until I set travel to max.
