I know its not what you are looking for, but you could always make a cheap discharger with lights, and pick up an ICE or something.
I think one of the higher Integy Indy chargers "might" be closer to what you are looking for, But Im not sure if they can do lipos yet?

no matter what level of charger you plan on getting, i would still highly suggest a seperate discharger, it just releives excess wear and tear on a rather expensive charger. and depending on what kind of battery packs you are going to run, will also determine what kind of discharger you want

Get a duratrax ice, best charger I have. Then buy your self a 20 amp bull disharger and a discharge tray I use the new Integy one, it rules.

Default Integy INDI

I bought a Integy Indi 16x5v6 so I could charge all kinds of packs and found very difficult to use. So difficult in fact I'm going to get rid of it. It seems like you need a degree in electrical engineering to run the thing.

Yeah I have to agree with the seperate discharger. The discharge function on my ICE is now dead, so along with that is the cycle function. :(

As soon as it starts to discharge a pack it will say that a battery has been disconnected or shorted?
