| Wraith battery
Hey I have a wraith with a few upgrades mostly aluminum and traxxes xp5 esc and I want opinion on what motor and battery to run. I do mostly mud but some crawling. I'm running 2.2 mud slingers cut.

With the xl5, maybe a 35T motor and a gens ace, sky, turnigy or zippy lipo. I'm not a fan of max amps. Havnt seen the same performance from them as I have the cheapie packs.

Ok I wanting good wheel spin but wanna be able turn mud slingers in think stuff. I'm already running the xl5 esc. I think it will work fine

Tekin 412 is a lil to expensive for me to throw in the mud and water daily!

For running in the mud, I use the Tamiya #54358 motor. You can find them for 10 bucks a piece. You wash them out after running in the mud and oil them. You will get a few runs out of them and then you send them to recycling when they run no more. Tamiya, RS-540 Torque-Tuned Motor ,(5435 |
