4PL with winches of channel 3 and 4 Have anyone done this and if so how? |
Re: 4PL with winches of channel 3 and 4 Check this out. http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/elect...witch-mod.html I want to do it but need to do a little more homework first. |
Re: 4PL with winches of channel 3 and 4 You can use a winch with a DT switch set to the stock 3 position setting, you just need to get used to move the switch to one side to start the winch and to the opposite side to stop it. Or, HEYOK has a 2 position switch winch controller that you could use with the pushbutton. http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/vendo...d-channel.html |

I cannot figure it out how to set this up on my radio. I want to use DT3 for this and the HEYOK 2 position switch. I used their 3 position switch on SW2 on Transmitter. Thanks |
Re: 4PL with winches of channel 3 and 4 Set DT3 to 2P mode. There's no momentary option on DTs, so you'll need to push it one way to activate the HeyOK controller's function then push the DT in the opposite direction to stop it. The pushbutton below DT4 can be set to momentary operation (at the default NOR setting) which might work better. Note I never used the HeyOK controller, I'm going by the instructions I read on his post. |

Re: 4PL with winches of channel 3 and 4 I tried the DT3 option but did not like it. It works but pushing DT3 forewords and then back get a bit confusing especially if your nerves are running around while drive/recoverry. |
Re: 4PL with winches of channel 3 and 4 I'm trying to hook up my bulldog 9300 w/ wireless winch controller to the 3 position third channel on my fly sky gr3e receiver. I've been told its do able but haven't seen anything on how to make it work. Any advice would be much appreciated!!:) |
