Default Another testimonial for Hitec's quality of service.

I've run nothing but Hitec servos for most of my RC life. Last week was the first time that I've ever sent a servo in for repair.

I sent in a 7950 that I bought used. Of course, I didn't have an original receipt nor did I have a licensed retailer to state. Still, I filled out their RMA form and sent the servo to them. Yesterday, I got it back in perfect working order. No charge. Repair invoice stated, "amplifier replacement."

Hitec, you guys are the best. I'm a lifer.

I've got a Hitec 7954 in a Berg that broke a 3rd gear after a year. They sent me a replacement gear free no problem.

Got a Savox 1267 in the Wraith. Broke the 3rd gear after about 3 months. Service rep told me gears aren't covered. Cost me $30 plus shipping. The case on this thing breaks on regular basis. I've replaced it 4 times at $6 bucks a pop plus shipping.

Hitec is the way to go.

I have had the same service. In fact the same story. I had almost 2 year old 7954 sent in with no warinty and servo was returned fixed free of charge.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Sometimes you wonder if it makes sense spending the extra money for a servo. Your testimony, plus others as well, has confirmed to spend the extra money and it will repay itself a few x's over. You can't put a price on GREAT customer service.
