Novak SS 5800 cutting out

It keeps cutting out for thermal shut down but isn't even hot, and it is only does it when it's in my rig, when I take it out it works fine doesn't cut out, but put it back in does it all over, I changed settings and it still does it, any idea why?

Bump! I've contacted Novak over a week ago still no reply, no one has any idea, should I try hooking it up to a different esc?
