PolyRC to Venom balance adapter?

So, I have the Venom Pro Charger Plus battery charger that I bought with my two new Venom 5400mah 3S LiPos. Last month I bought a used Honcho that came with a couple other batteries, one is a beat up 2S that will get tossed soon and the other is a 3S 2200mah PolyRC LiPo.

I noticed the other day the Venom balance plug is different from the PolyRC, any idea what type of adapter or balance adapter card I need and where to buy? I thought all balance plugs would be the same size

There's actually 4 different plugs. Some are different sizes, some are actually wired differently. But chances are they sell a balance board for your connector, once you find out which one you have.

There is more like 7 or 8 different balance plugs thanks to manufacturers like Losi and LRP.

The Poly RC uses Thunder Power (TP) type balance plugs. Venom make an adapter - RC Parts - Pro Charger Balance Block Thunder Power and Flight Power | Venom RC

I believe Venom uses JST-XH balancer taps

I think that's the one I need after searching and searching. The article I found was from 2005 so I hope nothing's changed.
