Looks like a good little list. You have everything to do the lipo swap thats for sure. Just make sure your ESC is set to lipo cut off so you dont damage the packs.

Next step 3s

If your esc doesn't have an LVC you can get a couple LVAs off eBay for cheap. They plug into the balance tap and an alarm goes off when low voltage is hit. They are LOUD!

Looks good. I just placed a big battery order yesterday too. I was going to order from HobbyKing, but when they totalled shipping up to $50 I was a little shocked. I ended up ordering from Value Hobby and shipping was $3.99. I like HobbyPartz, but they never have the packs I want in stock.

Oh yeah, when you solder your connections the females go on the batteries and male go on the ESC and charger. Battery should cut only one lead at a time, solder, shrink wrap (apply over wire first so you can slide it down onto joint) then do the second side. On T (Deans) I only shrink wrap the red side but I use TRX plugs now so no shrink is used on those.

Liquid electrical tape is your friend. I like shrink wrapping one side on Deans before soldering the other side though because it prevents you from shorting out the pack.
