Arrow Castle settings help

Hey guys, I'm building a wraith with a hh Brxl, hitech 7950 and hh pro 35t. I just installed all the hardware on my computer and wondering what i should have everything set at? I'm running 2s lipos.,

I set the low cut off off for 4.5 volts is this ok?

I set the main voltage at 6.5. Should that be at 7.4? Or not?

Basically I'm new to all this and I left all the other brake and throttle settings alone because I didn't want to wreck anything..

Any help would be great, thank youm

Your cut-off is a little high, but it won't hurt anything. When I set mine I typically go for around 3.4-3.6v.

For main voltage I select auto-detect, that way I don't have to fuss with anything if I swap in a battery with higher or lower voltage than I normally run.

Brake and throttle profiles are great if you want to get nerdy about stuff...in all my years I've never messed with them. To me its just another thing I have to think about and not really necessary in most cases.

Ok thanks. I'll set my cutoff to 3.5. I only have 2s lipos so my battery voltage won't ever change

4.5?!?!? I hope that's in 'Auto-LiPo', not total pack voltage. In auto-LiPo I set mine to 3.5vpc. Been quite some time since I had my CastleLink plugged in, I don't remember what that 'main voltage' business is.

I have played with the throttle and brake curves, and I think you'll be much happier just leaving them linear. I pulled my throttle curve down, and it gave me some more room (travel) on the throttle's low end, but then the 2nd half of the trigger's travel acted like an on-off switch. I found there were a lot of times I needed a quick stab of the throttle and it'd go to full-on pinned.

You can play with 'em if you want, shouldn't hurt much, and you can go back to a linear setup if you don't like it. But I've gone back to straight linear in all the Castle ESCs I have.
