| 7954TH gears into a 7954SH?
Hi guys, I have been offered a new 7954sh v cheap, but have heard the gears arent the strongest. So I was wondering if its possible to fit the titanium gears from a 7954th into it? I've heard the gears from 7955tg fit, but I think they've been discontinued as I cant find them anywhere. Anyone here know? Thanks |

I can't say for sure the replacement will fit. I've been thinking along the same lines myself and found that Hitec for sure doesn't sell any spare titanium gears, so the only way to come by some is to buy a servo with such gears and switch it over. Can be handy if there's a broken servo for sale... For now I just use the standard gears and have had no problems in the relatively small run time put into them so far. |
