|  Battery to balance board question?
I bought a battery and don't have the correct balance board to connect it to my charger. The battery is a Losi number LOSB9863. It is a 7.4v 3300mAH 2s2p 20c rock crawler lipo battery. My charger is an Onyx 245. The 2s balance board that came with the charger has a plug that is bigger than the one on the battery. Check out my pics. This is the smaller battery plug next to the 2s plug on the balance board.   Here are some pics of the same battery plug next to a plug from my Venom 2s lipo that does fit the battery board.   Where can I get a different balance board that will fit this? Or can you direct me to the correct plug that I can solder onto the battery wires? Thanks in advance |

Did your charger come with 2 styles of balance board? My 235 came with electrifly and a flightpower/thunderpower boards.

Yeah thanks DRTMI. After spending a bunch of time Googling I found out I needed to use the Thunder Power board. It has a plug for 2s-3s with four wires. You have to plug it into the correct side with one of the wires not being used. It's not a great fit but it's charging now!!!

The burning question for me is why battery/charger mfrs just don't standardize to JST-XH. It's on most batteries these days and companies that make chargers without them are boneheads.
