Default Glitching question

Ok im running a castle sw, holmes 35t, hitec 645 , and dx3e on 3s on my daughters rig and every time i turn right it goes nuts...everything is normal unless u turn right???? Anyone ever had this issue?

Make sure the steering EPA is set correctly, if you bind the servo (steering is maxed out, but servo is still pushing)) you will mess with the radio and likely brown it out.

Hit the nail on the the head! I thought i had it adjusted but barely dialed it back and all is good!!! Thanks. Its amazing the stuff u forget to check when you are frustrated.

Well i thought that fixed it. It did not. Could it be the 3s on the sidewinder? I have a extra cc bec , but i didnt think i needed it with the 645...am i missing something?

I'd put a bec on and see if anything changes, as you said I would'nt think you'd need one for that servo but hey if it works.

You need an external bec. The 3s is too much voltage to the servo.

Yeah i run em on all my rigs. Just didnt think i needed on on this rig. I will wire it up.

Now question? Should i hook the bec up through the reviever or power the servo directly?

You need to power the servo directly from the BEC.

Only reason to power a servo directly from an external bec is if it's required to have a different voltage than the rx. Otherwise make it easy on yourself, pull the red wire and plug into the rx.

Well hooked up the bec and s9157 futaba and all i can say is....bingo! It turns like a boss now and is much smoother. Thanks for all the help guys!!
