| Questions about new electronics
My electronics quit working in my ridgecrest so I want to buy a esc and motor combo. My question is do I need to buy a new controller or will the new electronics work with the stock controller

You can have one brand motor connected to another brand ESC plugged into a different brand ESC with some other brand servo. The RX & TX typically need to be the same brand as well as a few other specs (AM, FM, 2.4ghz, signal type....). I run either a hacked GT3B or Futaba 3PM-x radio with either a Castle ESC or FX-R, Br00d or Holmes motor (brushed) and HiTec servo. | |
