Exclamation AE-2 ESC Problems

I just got one waterproofing my truck. I went to turn it on and the esc just blinks red and beeps. I have tried doing the thing with the radio and turning the truck on and I don't get anywhere with it. I have the wiring in the stock position.
Need help!!

1-What did you waterproof the ESC with??
2-Based on this.... Castle Creations | FAQ: 1/10th Scale Products sounds like the TX is not set up correctly:
Throttle trims (and subtrims if you have them) to "0"
Throttle EPA's to 100%
3-If it's a Futaba radio, you need to reverse the throttle channel in the TX.

Are you running NI or Lipo? I noticed that after running my AE on 2S Lipo and switching to Ni that it glitches like crazy.
