How low are the cells? if its new I would take it back or send it back. Like stated above. If for some crazy reason you can't and each cell is about 3 volts, I've brought lots of lipos back to voltage charging them on the nimh option.for a very short time. Let's say that I have a 2 cell, minimum voltage for it would be 6 volts, 3 volts per cell. When u begin to charge on nimh just check the Batt voltage on the charger and when it gets at 6 volts which should be very quickly, then stop it and BALANCE it using the lipos setting. Make sure u use a lipos fire safe bag and watch it like a hawk, all the charge could be going into one cell but I've only had this happen a couple times , and I couldn't bring the lipos back. Btw I'm not responsible for any damages. Try it at your own risk.but first things first try to return.

Wait... What gate....

Can your charger show individual cell voltages?
What did you set the charger to?

If the pack and/or cells are a little low, you can set the charger to "NiMH" charge @ 1A for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Switch back to LiPO 3S and try charging again @ 2.2A (2.2A = "1C" charge rate).
Repeat a couple of times if need be to get above the minimum voltage.

Do NOT leave the pack unattended doing the "NiMH" charge.

I have done exactly what lostinkorea and charlie III have explained and it worked no problemo and haven't had any issues since. The battery you bought may have been sitting for a very long time or always at the bottom of the stack and not rotated as newer lipos arrived
