I'm still playing around with my 4pl settings too. I've been using the 4pl for my nitro buggy and scte for quite some time but for my honcho I set a negative exponential on the throttle and reverse and it really helped with the low speed throttle control. Also program your winch to the 3 position switch!

1-Welcome to the site. 2-An Internet search will likely yield manuals 3-Why not post a Futaba 4PL question in the "4PL" thread?.... Futaba 4PL Setup, Tips, Tricks & Help 4-Spell check is a great thing.....just saying. What battery are you using? NiCD, NiMH, LiPO? What battery voltage? What rig is this in? (single motor, dual motor/MoA)? Are you "running for fun", trail runs, comps? Last edited by Charlie-III; 03-26-2013 at 04:12 PM. Reason: Edited to add the 4PL question/support link.... |

No need to get insulted due to lack if replies. There is a dedicated topic to your radio that Charlie-III conveniently linked, did you check there? My tapatalk is being uncooperative and won't load the last page of that topic so I don't know if you did or didn't. Sent from my iPhone using autocorrect |

| Re: futaba 4pl setup I did not see anything (quick look) that indicates what protocol the AR3 RX uses. Based on this thread... AXIAL AX-3 transmitter & AR-3 receiver miscommunication? it would appear the answer to your question is NO, it will not bind. The GT3B/GT3C is different than a Futaba (yes, they're all 2.4ghz.....still a different protocol). In my house, we have Futaba 2.4ghz radios that use FHSS or FASST. One is a 4PL (my sons radio). |
