You ran it down too far.
If it says low voltage, it's garbage.

Do not keep charging it, it could start a fire... happened to me.

Are you currently running 2s?
I own 4 trucks with Axial axles but have never owned a Honcho... or stock electronics so don't know much about them.

I think this will fit but you should measure first: Value Hobby R/C Hobby Store (Bensenville, Illinois): GForce 60C 5900mAh 2S 7.4V LiPO

if not, this will: Value Hobby R/C Hobby Store (Bensenville, Illinois): GForce 30C 2200mAh 2S 7.4V LiPO

do you have the money to upgrade electronics?
If so, and you want to stay brushed:
Holmes Hobbies BR-XL and a HH motor will be a great upgrade.
If brushless, Tekin Pr04 3300 or lower (the ROC motors)

had a guy I work with claim that too recover over discharged Lipos he can use the NiCd setting and charges at a low rate till cut off voltage is reached and then charges them on up with the right settings. that being said, I would never attempt it.
