Tekin RS weak drag brake Is this normal for brushless?

I usually run brushed with a Tekin FX-r and HH 35T but I picked up a Tekin RS 13.5 brushless combo for cheap and tried it and the brake brake is really weak. I have turned up the brake strength also.

I want to try another ESC. I could of sworn that I once tried a Sidewinder with a 3900KV and the drag brakes were good it just cogged.

I want to try a Pro 4 with an MMP. Eventually.

No all of my brushless systems have awesome brakes have you updated your tekin with the latest software. I believe they had a update that included better brakes

I run the same combo in my SCX scaler and I had to turn the drag brake down.
I was standing the truck on it's nose when I let off the throttle.

Likewise. I have the RS with a 13.5T in my Wroncho and had to turn down the drag brake.
