Talking Goat 3s or Axial AE-2

Hi I am building a XR10, it is almost together. But I need help deciding what ESC to run. I am using two new Integy Team Matrix 55 turn motors with a punk dig unit. Right now I have a AE-2, but I have a friend with a goat 3s. Should I get the goat or should I stick with the AE-2? Which has more power output? And I really don't care about being able to program it on a compter. I am just wanting to know what can supply more power.

I'd hold on to the AE-2 and pick up another one for the XR. You'll love proportional dig.

The only problem with that is, my current radio does not have proportional dig. I have two AE-2 ESC's right now. But I really think I will stick with the punk dig for now. Do you think the AE-2 has a higher amp rating then the Goat 3s? Or do you just not like Novak?
