Default Fxr capacitor question

I've a tekin fxr and I plan on running a cc bec so I still need to run the capacitor on the esc?

the directions clearly state that if you don't use it damage will happen.

use the cap so you don't trash the ESC

I ran mine without it to start with if it got hot and was under heavy load it would stutter. I put it on and never had a problem again.

I would use two on it. Since you are adding a new load to the battery(BEC). Adding a extra capacitor will help the BEC and ESC run cooler. Wire them in parallel and they will help out.
