| Traxxas XL5, Solid Red LED
Hey, I have an XL5 in one of my rigs. It's works perfectly, is properly calibrated, etc. The only issue with it is the red LED comes on and stays solid, rather then the solid green LED it's supposed to display. As mentioned, everything works, just have the wrong colour displayed. Jim |

LED Codes and Protection Modes • Solid Green: XL-5 power-on light. Low-Voltage Detection is ACTIVATED (LiPo setting). • Solid Red: XL-5 power-on light. Low-Voltage Detection is DISABLED (NiCad/NiMH setting). Never use LiPo batteries while Low-Voltage Detection is disabled. |

Ah! Thanks. I was looking through the manual for that specifically. Didn't see it. I'll look again. Thanks!

Got it. My manual was from the period in 2010 after Traxxas' technical writers realized 2.4ghz radios existed, but were still clueless about lipo batteries. Updated manual online covered it.
