Default What armature will fit?

I have a 27 turn torque master expert 540. Wire came loose at the termination point on the armature. Need a replacement armature, either a 27 or 35 turn. I would get one from HH, but shipping is the same price as the part to Canada. Are there other brands that will fit the casing? Can't get anything but a integy 35 turn lathe motor locally.

For can size, pretty much anything fits.
On comm size, some end-bells have issues with 10mm comm's.

What diameter is your current comm.? If it's less than 10mm, almost anything fits.

I will defer to Holmes or Eddie0.

My cousin is trading me an 35t integy motor. Putting the integy armature into the HH can.

Can't you resolder the wire. I would try to repair the handwound arm before I put a junk integy part in a good motor.

It's not a pro hand wound armature. It's just three bent tabs that connect the wires. I don't think it would have broke if it was one of his hand wound armatures.

I'd like to add that the wire came loose when staple found it's way into the motor. It wasn't a motor quality issue. I'm just going to keep the can and order a new armature when I order a new motor one day.
