| mixing brushless escs with brushed motors does anyone know if its ok to use a brushless esc with an MOA on brushed motors? if this is a bad idea, just how bad of an idea is it? |

the tekin esc can run brushed or brushless

It works. I've run tekin and castle brushless esc's on brushed motors with no issues, just set the motor type to brushed.

Only some ESCs can do both. Read up on it before you buy! EG: I've got LRP and Novak ESCs that will do both, but none of my others will.
