Wiring two different esc ?

I'm thinking of getting two tekin br1 for my clod buster but i'm only going to get one now. Can I wire that with the tekin titan i have right now and have it work or do they have to be the same esc ?

Re: Wiring two different esc ?

I have run 2 different ESC's on a single radio before.

While it will work, they will LIKELY react a bit different (same as 2 of the same ESC's with different firmware or slightly different settings). This may not be a bad thing, just to keep in mind.

What radio?
Is this to be set-up as a "dual ESC" set-up in the radio or a "Y" cable with 2 ESC's off one RX channel?

i'm going to run it with a y-adapter for now then eventually run them separate.

If you find one ESC seems to run the motor faster than the other ESC, use the fast ESC in the front so you have a "sorta overdrive" which will help.
