Default help me identify this brush hood/end bell please

Can anyone help me figure out what these end balls are and a little info on the style? I have never seen a circuit board across the top of a motor like this. Yes, I have been out of the brushed motor hobby since the early '90s.

Looks like what I've seen on Trinity motors in the past...

so, I'm guessing this simply contains capacitors that are used with older AM radio set ups?

Those are trinity endbells, they clearly say EPIC on them. They are not the Integy motor.

They won't fit right on most motors unless you mill them, as they have squared edges that locked them into the can
