Default LEDs w/o control board

So my hobby shop had some axial LEDs that didn't have the control board for 10$ so I said hey and got it. What I'm asking is how can I use these light with my receiver? Because I hooked up the white and they didn't work and my plan was to just plug them in the aux on my receiver.

First, hope you didn't already burn them. Next, research. Find out what voltage they run at. I don't know, or I'd tell you. Probably under 5V though. Then use an online calculator to figure out how to wire them the way you intend.

I know the reds and the whites use diff V though. Not sure what it is but the red is lower.

Start with low volts (1 AA) and see what happens. A DC power supply is recommended but you'd need to have a good way to measure temps, also. I'm sure someone on here knows exactly what V those LEDs run at.

I think you will find all the info you need to get your LEDs going in here: How to wire LEDs
If not, ask away and I will do my best to answer.
