Can I run a 3s lipo on my tekin rs set-up ?

hello, I have an axial wraith and it ways about 7 pounds, I am running the tekin rs with a 13.5 turn redline motor set-up but the venom 2s I am running is powerful but I would like more power out of it, its either I put a new 10.5 turn redline motor with a 3s or should I buy a venom 3s 5000mah 50c without changing the motor? yes, I am aware to change my existing pinion to a lower tooth so it doesn't overheat. And my boost on my tekin rs from the hotwire is 40 and turbo is 0 should I adjust those either way and what would you recommend to me to get more power out of this wraith, need to know soon because I have to order as soon as possible. thank you for helping I do appreciate it.

My personal opinion would be to got to a 3s lipo. It hauls ass but it does make you more prone to breakages same with a 10.5T. I see no need for you to go with a 10.5T motor while you can just go 3s. I find that most lipos are overpriced and run turningy batts. But you don't really need 50C you can go $0c or even 30C. A lower mah lipo needs a higher C where as a higher mah lipo does not need as high but it does give it more burst(off the mark speed) but costs a lot more too.

The system is rated for it, just watch the heat. I run an RX8 in my Wraith with a ROC 412 3100kV on 2S and it's plenty of torque and speed for G6 and bashing around.

So, you sed If put a 3s in the 13.5 system now it should hall a lot more a## than it did with a 2s? The reason why I pick this battery is because I like venoms batteries, I hate traxxas lipo, maxamps to much and I do like Gensace lipos, but Its either buy a battery for more money or just save and I had an extra 100 dollars so well its coming Friday cant wait to get it! But my question is that putting a 10.5 turn and with 3s wouldn't hurt the wraith, I beat the hell out of it now and its still holding up. Going down 3 turns might not hurt it, and a tekin 10.5 motor puts out 4500 kv while the 13.5 puts out 3500 kv. Now take the voltage of your battery and times with the kv of the motor. 3500x7.4 = 25,900 rpms (2s); 3500x11.1=38,850 rpms (3s), now the 10.5 turn motor: 4500x7.4= 33,300 rpms(2s), 4500x11.1= 49950 rpms (3s), now do see what I mean, you are better off with a 10.5 with a 3s just make sure that the heat is a safe, only need to mess with the pinion and settings with the hotwire that's all. And get this, I called tekin motors today and the tech. told me it would be 100% safe to do this, as long as I drive a little more "better" and Don't let your settings be to high, which mean is the boostage and turbo which my boost on the rpm is set at 40% and my turbo at 0%. So I might have to adjust it. But a guy I know runs a rx8 tekin esc with a 550 scX7.5 motor, know thing how that can hall a##. But thanks for helping
