Default Pics of smashed electronics

As the title states, I am starting this thread as an attempt to get pics of your electronics smashed as small as possible. I am in the process or smashing 2 FXR's and a Futuba receiver, and am looking for ideas to get as small as possible. My first attempt at making the package smaller and lighter didn't quite work out so I have removed the fxr post and am trying to get ideas.
Failed first attempt

When heating push the shrink down over the pins with a small screwdriver till the pins are all the way through. I did this with my rx.

Well hooked it up to my battery and miraculously it works. Also got my rowdy racing motor mounted electronics plate in and my smash job fits perfect

Thanks for the tip Rob! I always just cut out around the pin section with an exacto, but that looks a lot cleaner.

Nothing too fancy. I did my FXR's like this to fit in my DD chassis. Wanted them as short as I could get them.
